Lisa has been employed with The ISO Edge since its inception in July, 2002. In addition to being one of the company’s founders she also acts as President. Lisa is responsible for Business Development, Research and Design, Advisory Services and delivery of ISO Edge training courses. In her position, Lisa has overall responsibility for the maintenance of the QMS used to administer The ISO Edge’s activities.
Lisa has successfully assisted, advised and provided training for hundreds of organizations in their implementation or improvement efforts of their Quality Management Systems and Occupational, Health and Safety Management Systems.
Prior to The ISO Edge, Lisa was the National Sales Manager for an international Certification Body where she worked since 1994. Her responsibilities included management and coordination of sales activities for Canada, auditing both ISO 9001 and QS-9000 internationally, tutoring for the training department and sitting as a member on the North American technical committees for process design, improvement and new product offerings. She also acted as the Key Account Manager for the Canadian clientele.
Over the past two decades, Lisa has gained specific knowledge and experience working within the automotive industry through auditing and advising a variety of organizations including but not limited to: brake parts (including drums, rotors and friction components), rolled and stamped parts, plastic components, assemblies, springs, platers, anodizers, surface treaters and steel processors.
Lisa’s specialties are management system implementation, integration & improvement, process management and improvement, quality management systems auditing, and training.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) in Sociology and History from the University of Guelph, Canada.

Assisting an Ethanol Plant during construction in developing its contractors safety management programmes.
Working with a tubular products manufacturer in integrating its OHSAS 18001 system with its current quality management systems
Conducting external/internal audits for a mining company and for an engineering company
Gary facilitates RABQSA Lead Auditor courses for one of the world’s largest registrars in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 across Canada and has completed RABQSA Lead Auditor courses for ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001.
Gary is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and member of the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals. He is a Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) and member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE).
Gary is a former contract instructor for IAPA WSIB Certified Joint Health & Safety Committee Member Part 1 and Part II courses. He also taught the Surface Miner Common Core course for the MTCU. He has been a volunteer instructor for: Safe Boating Courses for the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron; The Industrial Accident Prevention Association Young Worker Awareness Program: and The Greater Belleville Safe Community organization
Gary has a diploma in Business Administration from LoyalistCollege and a trade qualification from the military as a Communications Systems Technician.
In addition to his work career, Rick has also acted as a Consultant supporting Painting, Pressure Vessel and Heavy Rubber Manufacturing organizations.

Lari has extensive environmental and safety experience (>25 years), including twenty years in management systems experience in the manufacturing, utilities, chemical, waste management and public sectors. He has previously fulfilled environmental, health & safety and quality duties within the plastics, chemical and automotive industries, regional and provincial government, and on-site environmental services companies. He has provided a number of employers/clients with the development and presentation of quality, health, safety and environmental training programs, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Lead/Internal Auditor training, WHMIS, Confined Space Entry, Respiratory Protection, Site Safety, Environmental Awareness & Due Diligence, Chemical Handling and Emergency Response.
Lari has also been directly responsible for waste minimization/diversion programs and waste/scrap product and customer development. He has held supervisory and management positions in several companies. Lari has had experience in landscaping and grounds/lawn maintenance, including chemical application.
Lari holds a Bachelor of Chemistry from the University of Western Ontario, a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Conestoga College and a Diploma in Legal Office Administration from Fanshawe College.
His diversified experience has been focused on 5 main areas: Engineering (Technical and Management), Quality Systems (Management, Consultancy, Implementation and Certification), International Trade (Global procurement, Logistics, Contract Compliance & Quality), and in Business Development, where he has specialized experience in Organic and Inorganic Growth, Diversification Geographically and Services and Joint Venturing and Acquisitions.
During his career he has worked with Owners and Developers, Public Sector Government Departments, Private Companies and Organizations, Multidisciplinary Design Consulting Companies, Specialist Consulting Organizations, Multidisciplinary Contractors and Sub Contractors, Quality Management Companies, Major Suppliers & Inspection and Testing Organizations.
In his current position he is able to draw on this experience to position The ISO EDGE to expand on its current success and sustainably grow the business, adding value our Clients.
Omer is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality Management (ASQ), an ASQ-Certified Instructor and ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). He holds a Leader for Excellence (L4E) and is an EFQM Assessor accredited by the European Foundation for Quality Management in Belgium. Omer is also an accredited Certified Excellence Professional (CEP) by Excellence Canada, an accredited Chartered Quality Professional (CQP) by the Chartered Quality Institute, and a registered QMS Auditor by the International Register for Certified Auditors (IRCA) in the UK.
Omer has presented at many events in the United States, Qatar and Sudan. He has many peer-reviewed articles published by international magazines, including ASQ (Quality Progress, Journal for Quality and Participation). Omer is a professional trainer for both corporations and universities.
Omer earned his Doctoral Degree in Business Administration, specialized in Quality Management, and holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management (Grade Excellent) and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Sciences (with Honours).
Paul Graduated from Humber College in 1982 with an Electro Mechanical Engineering Diploma and in 1986 he received his Quality Certificate from Ryerson University. During his career, Paul acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in the following automotive areas: APQP, FMEA, MSA, Internal Audits, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management Systems (QS 9000, ISO 9001, and TS 16949). He recently took the SAI Global Training RABQSA Certified ISO 9001 Competency Based Lead Auditor course and completed it successfully.
In addition to implementing Quality Management Systems, Paul has a strong background in the technical areas of Quality. He is fully conversant in blue print reading, GD&T, and specification writing. Other areas of knowledge include, plating, heat treating, and both injection and blow mold plastics. Paul has working knowledge of most of the measuring equipment utilized in manufacturing such as CMM, hardness testing, plating thickness, and all hand measuring devices.
Paul brings 25 years of Quality knowledge in both the Automotive and Non-Automotive industries with the focus on creating and deploying Quality Management Systems in diverse fields.
