This 3 day session is broken into two modules. The first 2 days consists of our “Understanding IATF 16949:2016” with the third day dedicated to updating the techniques and skills of existing internal auditors utilizing “Risk Based Thinking”.
The session will introduce participants to the new Management System Standards structure (Annex SL), the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the concepts of Quality Management including Risk Based Thinking and the supplementary requirements of IATF 16949.
The second part of this session (Day 3) is to enhance the auditing skills of existing internal auditors by introducing updated approaches for internal audit planning and preparation and to enhance audit performance and reporting skills.
