Cancellation Policy
Payment for public course offering is due upon receipt of course confirmation. Course confirmation is issued once the minimum number of required attendees is met.
Course registration can be cancelled or transferred at any time up to issuance of course confirmation.
All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to training@theisoedge.com.
Cancellation requests received 31 or more calendar days prior to the start date of a confirmed course are eligible for either a refund equalling 100% of the registration fee or a transfer to another session date.
Cancellation requests received between 30 and 15 calendar days prior to the start date of a confirmed course are eligible for either a 60% refund of the registration fee or a transfer to another session date.
Cancellation requests received less then 15 calendar days prior to the start date of a confirmed course will forfeit the full registration fee.
Registrants who fail to attend their confirmed course forfeit the full registration fee.
A transfer request to another scheduled course can be received up to 14 calendar days prior to the start date of a confirmed course. The maximum number of transfers per registration is two.
Substitutes will be accepted up until one day prior to the start day of the course.
If in the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed course, The ISO Edge liability to you is limited to the registration fee. In such circumstances, customers have the option of a full refund or transfer to another scheduled course.
