APQP is a multi-stage framework that provides guidance at every stage to plan that product is manufactured right the first time at the minimum cost.
This session presents the concept of APQP as a way to pre-plan and control variables within your organization’s supply chain, essentially offering APQP as an opportunity to trouble-shoot potential problem areas starting at the conceptual stage as opposed to the production stage. It will also ensure that Leadership understands the expectations and resources required to truly achieve the value that an APQP framework can offer.
