Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)

This two day session (available as a one day session upon request) will introduce participants to one of the most valuable “Automotive Core Tools” in use throughout the automotive industry today.

The focus of this session is to learn how to create Process FMEA’s, referencing the AIAG FMEA 4th Edition Manual and AIAG/VDA Handbook, for effective implementation so that waste and risk in your company are kept to an absolute minimum.

This session is appropriate for both beginners and seasoned practitioners requiring a calibration of their knowledge.
